As per the photos, these are all for the side of your cake and not designed for the top so they are  not supplied with a stick. Simply lean against the cake or most customers use a dot of two of icing to secure into place.  This product is quite delicate so needs to be handled carefully- making it a wonderfully cost effective option. 
 
These are double-sided - so can face left or right - whatever suits you. Please remove any protective film before use.
