Terms and Conditions
Our terms and conditions explain your rights as a customer. Please read through them carefully. Our terms and conditions do not affect any rights you may have by law. Our terms and conditions apply to all transactions with Bloomin Pretty Flowers. By placing an order you accept all terms and conditions. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
To order from Bloomin Pretty Flowers, you must be at least 18 years of age and be able to accept delivery.

Returns

Due to the perishable nature of dried flowers and pampas  we are unable to accept returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged Items 

Even though our blooms are packed carefully, they remain a perishable product, so may get damaged during transport. If this happens, please send a photo showing the damage to bloominprettyflowers@mail.com  as soon as possible, within 3 days after the delivery. We will then  arrange a refund or to resend the blooms.

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs / import / local / purchase taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs. We will not mark the order as a gift or adjust the value / description on the customs label to anything other than is correct.


Prices

Bloomin Pretty Flowers reserve the right to change their price list at any time. Any pricing mistakes that have been made will be taken into consideration when orders are placed, and the correct amount will be charged.

All descriptions, images and any other material used on this website, are as accurate description of the goods that is possible on a website.
Pictures may be of items previously made, therefore your item may vary from the image provided.

Accuracy of Product Information
The intention of Bloomin Pretty Flowers is for all the information on our website to be as accurate as possible. However, we can not guarantee the accuracy of all information on its pages. All the actions taken by the user of the website are the responsibility of the individual. All photos are edited to the best effect. If you are unsure about colour or sizing you should enquire before placing an order.

Orders
The total price of goods will be stated at the time of placing your order, whether or not the order has been confirmed.
We reserve the right to make adjustments to price due to error or omission or if the goods are wrong, whether the order has been confirmed or not. You will be informed of correct price and given the opportunity to cancel your order.
All prices are inclusive of VAT, but are exclusive of postage and packaging charges, which will be payable as indicated at the time of placing your order.

Payment
We accept all major credit and debit cards You must provide your exact billing address and telephone number on your order. That is the address your credit cards bank has on file. We only ship to the address provided through the invoice. Alternative addresses to those can invalidate buyers protection. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing the order.
Orders are only processed once authorisation of your card has been properly received.

Availability Of Goods
All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If we do not supply the goods for any reason, we will not charge you for these and will refund all monies paid for them. We do however not compensate you for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods.

Payment processing All payments are securely processed by Worldpay (our payment processor). Worldpay are fully PCI-DSS compliant and your payment information is collected and processed securely. We NEVER see your payment details.
Your Security We are fully committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
